Winter Concert
Spring Concert
EXCELLENT: 6 points
-student attends concert
-student is on time
-student is prepared (attire, music, etc.)
-student exhibits good concert etiquette
SATISFACTORY: 4.5 points
-student has filed a concert absence form*, it has been accepted, and student misses concert
-student attends concert, but has poor concert etiquette
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: 3 points
-student does not file a concert absence form*, and student misses concert
-student filed a concert absence form that was not accepted and student misses concert
*Concert absence forms must be handed in one month before the concert date. In an emergency or sickness, the student must notify Mrs. Perdue BEFORE the concert date. No notes or excuses will be accepted after the concert date.
